The Signature Theme that best describes me is the Includer. I don’t like to leave people out if we are going anywhere or hosting any gatherings. People will tell you I am a direct person that I don’t sugar coat

In the Strengths Finder survey, my five greatest strengths are adaptability, harmony, responsibility, consistency and an includer (Gallup, 2010). I realized that I had some of those strengths but some of those are new to me. The strength that has always stood out to me that I knew about was responsibility. The other four, I guess I have developed along the way. As I sit and think about my results of my test.…

After reading a few chapters of Strengths Quest, I was instructed to participate in the Strengths Finder assessment (Anderson, Clifton, & Schreiner, 2006). This 30 minute assessment was an interesting tool that pointed out my greatest strengths. It also provided a detailed description of what having those strengths mean and examples of how they are prominent in a person 's life. After taking the StrengthsFinder survey, I discovered that my five dominant strengths are empathy, harmony, consistency, relator, and restorative.…

Last week, I implemented an academic strategy from one of my five StrengthsQuest themes. I found that most of my themes provided academic strategies to keep me motivated in school. Undoubtedly, these strategies are helpful in advancing for the future, but I felt that these strategies would not drastically impact my studies in the course of a week. Nonetheless, I found a study technique in my Restorative Theme packet that seemed like it could make a monumental difference in the way I read class texts. This strategy is a study technique to use when reading class text; it tells one to mark different sections in the text that the reader may want to return to later.…

I can agree with StrengthsQuest that I am these five things.…

Reading the Strength Finders 2.0 book and taking the assessment was a very beneficial experience. It allowed me to not only learn more about myself and the characteristics that make me unique but also how to use these characteristics to my advantage. While I was not surprised by the five strengths that were selected, this assessment allowed me to learn more about my strengths, how I am using them today and how I will use them in the future. After taking the Clifton Strengths assessment and submitting my responses, the results showed that my top five strengths were competition, empathy, individualization, futuristic, and relator. Discovering that competition was my top strength was no surprise to me simply because of my background in athletics.…

I would say I rely on all three of these strengths every day and find myself using at least one of them in almost all situations I face. I think all three strengths are beneficial to my cognitive, behavioral and emotional health, but I would say my behavioral health is benefited more by kindness and generosity, my emotional health is benefited more by gratitude and my cognitive health is benefited more by humor and playfulness. Your Top Strength…

I believe that my top five strengths have definitely played a major role in shaping my personal theology and who I am today. My first strength is competition, which of course is a major part of me. My competitive nature is probably what has driven me to excel in all things I do, particularly in sports and education. Sometimes this characteristic of mine can be quite annoying though, because I tend to take things to seriously even when it should be a lighthearted event. My second strength is discipline.…

One of my fondest memories of ASELA was participating in the Strengthsfinder Activities. If I recall, the Strengthsfinder discussions and activities were on our very first ASELA cohort meeting. At this point of the cohort, we were all strangers and learning about each other's strengths was a great icebreaker activity to kick off the amazing year-long leadership journey. This book has changed my life, I no longer question what I can’t do, I focus and excel at what I am good at. My Top 5 strengths are Harmony, Relator, Positivity, Responsibility, and Arranger.…

My top 5 strengths which were identified through the StrengthQuest assessment were intellection, input, consistency, competition, and focus. I identified most with the strengths of intellection, competition, and focus. When it came to the strengths of input and consistency, there were parts of the explanation which I did feel applied to me but I identified with these two strengths the least out of the five. When it came to the strength of intellection I identified strongly with the entire explanation, but the sentence which I felt was most similar to me was “The theme of intellection does not dictate what you are thinking about, it simply describes that you like to think”. This line connected the most with me because I am constantly thinking, people even tend to say that I overthink, but it’s not always about anything really specific since sometimes I just think deeply about whatever comes to mind.…

Group Analysis Essay Earth is extraordinarily diverse. We see examples of diversity in society as well as the animal kingdom. Not one living organism is completely alike with another, everyone and everything is different in their own unique way.
