Stockman's Steakhouse, housed within Stockman's Casino, serves traditional steakhouse fare in its casual, Western-themed restaurant. Sensational starters, such as the blue crab stuffed mushrooms topped with melted cheese and the toasted sausage ravioli, are tasty previews of the meal a head. Stockman's Steakhouse specializes in meats cooked perfectly to your specification. Try the aged black angus prime rib, the tender filet and Maine lobster tail surf and turf combo and the double cut pork chop in a rosemary honey citrus glaze. The ham-stuffed chicken cordon bleu and smoky cedar plank salmon are other popular entrees, as are Stockman's Steakhouse pasta dishes, like the spicy shrimp diabla. Do you know what's the ideal end to a steak dinner?
