Noise in photography is color specks in areas where there shouldn’t be any. They usually appear when you are using a high ISO or a long exposure. It is a concern because if the image was enlarged, the noise would be more noticeable.

I think she meant that since photography is easy to do, it makes it harder. I think that she means it is harder to take a good photo when it is so easy to do. Since it is easy, many people can do it meaning that getting a better or unique photo is harder. I agree with her. I think it can be easy to create a fine art photo. When you see a scene you want to photograph, you can easily take it. However it is hard to find the correct adjustments you want. It can also be harder to find your unique view on a photo that could have been photographed by others.
