On October first Stephen Paddock opened fire at a country concert in Las Vegas Nevada, killing over fifty nine people and injuring more than 525 people. Stephen was a retired postal worker and tax auditor. He was a son of bank robber and a secretary. He grew in a middle class family in California in the 1960s. Stephen followed the money, he jumped from I.R.S. to the aerospace industry and finally finding a money satisfying job as a real estate agent. Although he was very rich and a successful man, his life had many gloom moments. He had divorced twice causing him to start gambling. People said he had a arrogant attitude and wanted to be the boss of everybody. He was also said to have not been a novice gun collector. Stephen was the oldest of four kids. His father Patrick Benjamin Paddock was absent in his childhood, living life as a criminal. His father had also been described as an arrogant man. Patrick was on the F.B.Is most wanted list. In the study grizzlies were tested to see if their parents being problem causing animals made the offsprings the same. But the experiment concluded that this was not the case and that how the environment the animal was raised up in and its experiences caused the grizzlys to be troublemakers. This could possibly explain what caused Stephen Paddock to act the way he did. The environment he was raised in could have contributed to his behavior liked it did in the grizzlys. The results of this experiment also gives us a possible way the issue could have been prevented. If Stephen was raised up in a positive environment and didn't have to struggle the results could have been different. The results show the environment a person is raised up in can have a major effect on them and their behavior. I think as a community as a whole we need to improve the condition of our environment to prevent people from turning bad. Just like in the experiment the grizzlys that were raised in a good environment did not cause any conflicts to the farmers or livestock, I think if we promote that same philosophy less incidents like this would
