Seven years ago while in the midst of getting screamed at by an Air Force Basic Training Instructor (also known as a T.I.) I would have never guessed I would be writing a Statement of Goals to apply to the Graduate School for the Administrative Leadership program. I was not sure of the direction I was heading towards in life and especially at this specific time I thought I may have made the biggest mistake of my life. It turns out I needed some guidance and leadership. The military is full of leaders, and the T.I.’s are a great example of this.
