I guarantee you that.” Michelle Obama announced that her achievements in her life does not foreshadow her test scores; however, many parents believe that if their students do not have accurate scores, they will not go to a high standard college and achieve success in their future. Many well-known successful business and entertainment professions became successful due to their hard work and dedication for reaching for their goals and not for scoring a decent number on the Standardized Test. Albert Einstein is known to be one of the smartest scientists throughout history. Although they did not develop the standardize testing during his time, Einstein still outsmarted the educational system. He dropped out of school when he was fifteen and started to discover his own theories. Everyone thought Einstein was insane because of how he acted and the way his personality was. The test allows teachers to look back on the past students’ scores and instructs teachers to improve their teaching within areas. Teachers are basing their teaching only on the questions that are tested within the Standardized test. Obama said. "Tests shouldn 't occupy too much classroom time or crowd out teaching and learning. Tests should enhance teaching and learning. And third, tests should be just one source of information." According to a study of nations 66 largest school districts, students take an average of 20 to 25 hours each school year taking standardized tests. Teaching techniques should not be based on a test because there are more beneficial subjects and life lessons that should be included in the educational system. These subjects include art, physical education, financial stability, technology, etc. Many subjects that are not taught in schools will lead students to have stability issues in their life. Teachers should be focusing more on life skills in high school. Students that are being taught subjects that are only based on the standardized test, will struggle in real life
