Stamets and I began to speak with Roberta about the manner she just drove in. When speaking with Roberta she was exhibiting several indicators of being under the influence of a stimulant. Roberta had constricted pupils. fast speech, exaggerated reflexes, facial and body tremors, dry mouth, discolored brown tongue, thirsty, repetitive questions, paranoia. Stamets asked to perform a variety of field sobriety tests, which Roberta could not successfully complete.
Roberta was taken into custody and transported to the Shenandoah Police station. Roberta conducted more field sobriety test that were instructed and demonstrated by Stamets, Roberta stated she'd submit to a blood test. Roberta admitted to Stamets to recently using meth, but said she doesn't do it all the time.
Roberta was read the PennDOT DL-26B form, Chemical Testing Warnings. Roberta was transported to the Schuylkill Medical Center South where her blood was drawn and then sent out to NMS Labs for toxicology. I received a toxicology report from NMS Labs. The toxicology report read positive findings for the following: Amphetamine 21 ng/mL, Methamphetamine 250 ng/mL, Diazepam 90 ng/mL, and Nordiazepam 270 ng/mL, all of which are DEA controlled
