Stage-managing the spring musical, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying by Abe Burrows, was probably the biggest accomplishment and challenge I've had so far. What stage-managing is, it's essentially an assistant director with a lot of other jobs added onto it. Those jobs include calling cues for the show, making rehearsal reports, taking all the notes you could possibly imagine for a show and working with not one but 4 other directors.
