A stage manager will provide practical or organisational support to the director, actors and stage crew/ technicians throughout the production process (ACCT.2016). A stage manager will work with the director from week one to create a monumental final production will keep all onstage and off stage crew organised, this includes organising/conducting rehearsals, blocking, light changes and set changes. This information will be recorded in a prompt book/script, this allows the stage manager to call each cue in technical rehearsals and to coordinate the onstage action with the time of the production. Therefore following on I examined each characters monologues, actions, subtext of the play along with the directors intentions and how these scenes would correspond with the following themes. As i timed and noted the time configurations to match the time of the play itself. Having a constructed guide for al offstage elements helped as it created order for each character and scene. Each lighting cue was able to be followed on the performance day. As well as I referred back to the costume guide to intemperate what character was wearing and what needed to be bought before the performance. The lighting cues written in my second remade prompt script helped to ensure all SFX and Lighting effects (Lx.) were delivered on time to help assist the scenes and made them powerful, dramatic moments from which the audience was able to
