According to the e-SALB, my preferred leadership style is transformational leadership. Therefore, my leadership style would be effective with SSgt Yoder.

I believe SSgt Yoder would know that if she asked for feedback, I would give honest and effective feedback. However, SSgt Yoder’s leadership style focuses on the “if it aint broke don’t fix it,” so I do not think should would seek feedback. I believe I would have to give her unsolicited feedback.

I think SSgt Yoder would consider unsolicited feedback o mean that she is falling below the standard. I believe should would be resistant to being told she is not perfect because she has a competitive conflict management
