SSG Hibbler served as the Bradley Fighting Vehicle Systems Maintainer for the Area Support Group-Kuwait. His extensive maintenance experience and technical knowledge attributed to his success as the Contractor Officer Representative (COR) for the Kuwait-Base Operations and Security Support Services (K-BOSSS) contract. Monthly, he executed 33 surveillances and 18 COR reports, verifying that the contractors adhered to the terms of the contract. His leadership increased the maintenance readiness rate by 20% in less than 90 days.
