Ankle sprains – most common injury in volleyball and there is always pressure put onto your ankles, the most common is sprains but there is also torn ligaments and fractures included.

The Australian organisation ‘play by the rules’ is used by Sport and recreation organisations they are also used by many other agencies and organisations such as: equal opportunity agencies, child safety agencies, schools and unis, coaches, players, parents and spectators, all of these organisations utilise Play by the Rules in many different ways. This organisation helps support the safe participation of volleyball by setting the rules for schools and junior organisations, because of this we utilise this organisation in different ways.
There are many other organisations such as the department of education, training and employment. This organisation relates to student participation in volleyball and provides volleyball skills development, team training, and competition matches conducted by schools. It also provides hazards and control measures for the specific sport, an example of this could be: the hazard being things in sand for beach volleyball, the control measure would be to rake before each time you play and then it can be flattened out and
