Spiritual Evocation Research Paper

Spiritual evocation is summoning an entity whether it be a Demon, spirit, deceased person, elemental, or energy, and the being appears outside of the operator. You invoke or evoke to ask the Deity(s) to attend your ritual. When done well, a Deity will actually be present in your circle: you will be able to communicate with them, and they will be able to help you with whatever you have planned.

That is why we must research all forms of sources we find. Its a hard enough subject to talk about, letting alone that the prime subject here is Wicca.

Personally, it sounds a bit complicated and would require a great deal of practicing. Without even working with these, I don't even know the correct placement I would put these in my pathway except to study more on the subject. Most of these terms I am not familar with so you would have to bear with me while you can. It is so very important to be clear in your intentions, and to have thought them out beforehand the Deities are present, they are inside your circle, and they can see you. This is a very important aspect that will need to be studied more and I will be practicing when the time is right.

There is a book called: The Practice Of Magical Evocation by Franz Pardon. In this book it says and I quote "people who get hold of a book on evocational magic are misled, by various methods, to put at once into practice the recommended procedure without having reached the necessary degree of magic

The motives that lead to this kind of precipitate operation usually have various causes. With one person it might be mere curiosity, which makes him wonder whether other spheres really do exist.[2]

Another person might be desirous of seeing spirits, beings and demons, and yet another person might hope to put himself into certain advantages by magical operations. A fourth person perhaps wants to evoke beings to acquire from them certain powers and faculties, to become famous and honoured" [4]

There is a great difference between evocation and invocation. When we invoke energy or spirits, we create a link to the energy or spirit through ourselves. Obviously, if one is using destructive or death energy, this can be very dangerous. Invocation also includes building up energy within one’s soul and discharging it through one’s aura and/or chakras. This creates a tie to the victim.

As mysterious as it sounds, to me it seems like invoking and evoking are like almost inviting a spirit into your human form, as in they can take the form of the body, but they are really someone else. When working with energy, the energy is always on the outside of the operator and never inside his/her body. With evocation, there is never a direct tie or
