Speech: Mcdonald's Tax Appeal Case

I was thinking about the McDonalds tax appeal case last night and I realized I may have screwed this one up. We filed a motion to extend the deadline for the valuation disclosure. However, the deadline to file the valuation disclosure also coincided with the deadline to end discovery and exchange pretrial statements. Both discovery and the pretrial statements are related to the valuation disclosure. Discovery is to gather the information necessary to compose the valuation disclosure while the pretrial statement basically says what you learned during composing your valuation disclosure and your stance regarding the valuation disclosure.
