In summary, ERAU trains all of the employees that Southwest Airlines would need to remain a functional company, and the projected stock outlook for LUV appears to continue to increase. Interpreting the collected data, SWA appears to be not only a good investment, but also a profitable one. Based on the research and the data collected, it is recommend that EIG buys a majority share in Southwest Airlines.

For the environmental consciousness people, seeing the steps that Southwest is taking to redesign their aircraft interiors to be more eco-friendly and how they are continuously reducing their fuel use, may be what they need to fly with Southwest Airlines instead of one of the other major air carriers. Also Southwest Airlines recently announced a purchase agreement with Red Rocks Biofuels LLC (RRB) to “purchase low carbon renewable jet fuel, made using forest residues that will help reduce the risk of destructive wildfires in the Western United States. The airline's agreement with RRB covers the purchase of approximately three million gallons per year. The blended product will be used at Southwest's Bay Area operations with first delivery expected in 2016. RRB's first plant will convert approximately 140,000 dry tons of woody biomass feedstock into at least 12 million gallons per year of renewable jet, diesel, and naphtha fuels. RRB's CEO, Terry Kulesa said "From the outset, we have sought to build the best possible team of project partners. A conversation we started with Southwest Airlines on the premise of providing renewable jet fuel at cost parity with conventional jet fuel has evolved into a great partnership.
