One of the positive elements that I see in Plato’s ideal society is his implication of the “Myth of Metals”. Liked this because of how everyone was put where they were meant to be and serve the common good with what they are good at. Another element that I agreed with is how everyone is to be trained accordingly to their job. The element that I thought was arguably the most crucial was that the military and the philosopher kings weren’t allowed to own anything or even have a family. A negative element that I found in Plato’s ideal society was how the weak or deformed were left to die in the wilderness, I partially disagree with this because people with physical or mental deformities have demonstrated time and time again to sometimes have very unique and special abilities that could even be considered super human, however I do believe that if the individual is incapable of contributing to society by a certain age then they have no place in
