Change in Perception
At the beginning I didn’t believe that this course would make much of a difference to my professional and practical life. It seemed more of a mistake to take sociology as a subject with no real application that I could imagine to be present in practical life. However, this course has been a major transformation, it thought me to look at every individual differently as they differentiated not on the basis of their sex, color, race or background but on the basis of their believes and values that have a great influence on their behavior.

through these activities it was analyzed what we learned about the human behavior, how do they form relations and importance of human need to be in social contact. Course material that was provided or prescribed had research work of many great scholars of sociology. Their research and work was quite in depth and had taken them years to come to a conclusion. However, what I found hard to comprehend was that there was much of the observation of the human behavior and interaction involved in their work. How does the study of sociology interpret, influence and contribute in making and design laws and legislations for the society. What amazes me to adopt this field of study is that why the laws differentiate in the same country, state or region that could be called as part of a same society still the laws and regulations differ for every region. It is on the basis of the studies of sociology that the jurisdiction of the laws and societies are decided.
Thus scientific approach to the human behaviors contributes in developing the suitable laws and regulations for the society that differ with every region on the basis of the human behavior. Therefore I would be adopting social phenomenon of law for study as a sociologist in order to understand human behavior more precisely and develop relevant regulations that would keep the society in balance. It would also solve the mystery for me as to what basis the regulations within the same society are different for different individuals, regions and people belonging to different social classes of the
