Socialism and capitalism are to type of government that exists around the world. These two systems have things in common. However, they have fundamental differences that are remarkable and include economic system, social classes, and political system. One difference between socialism and capitalism is the economy. In communism the economy is planned. This mean that is an economic system in which government directly manages supply and demand for goods and services by controlling production, prices, and distribution in accordance with a long-term design and schedule of objectives. For example, in communism there is no social class distinction. All citizens are considerate as equals because they should have the same goods, salary and benefits, no matter they college level. Also, they all have access to free health benefits and education. All people are considerate labor class and their only difference is the duties they have to performance in the government. In capitalism there are three social classes: lower, middle and upper. The lower class is considerate as poor people and in many states in United States includes people without profession or workers. This class usually earns 16000 dollars per year and according to the cost of life in USA this is not enough money to pay basic necessities. Middle class is the one who earn more money because they work in professional jobs. They probably have collage education and this make possible better jobs. This class includes doctors, lawyers, professor, teacher and people who work as a manager. The opposite of all mentioned classes is the upper class. This people usually have recognizable family name, such as Rockefeller, and usually work; but this money is not their main source of income. They have business and properties that generate money since their born, and only one percent of the population in United States have that
