The global definition of social work IFSW (2014) states that social work is a practice-based profession that advocates social change, the empowerment and liberation of people, social justice, human rights, collective responsibility and respect for diversities. Social workers encourage people to meet their own needs, potentials and strengthen people’s mana. In other words, we want to safeguard human dignity. Harington (2015) commented “Social work have constant belief in the individuals, communities. They never feel that people have lost their mana.
