My proposal is about homelessness in America and what is the city doing to huse the homeless people dispite the overcrowdeding of the shelter. This social issue is a major to our society because the need for helping the unfornutate poeple. There are many orgainization to help the lives of homesless people but sometmes the mental health matter gets in way. Even thought he syllabus saiddirectly to not discuss a social problem that has been disguss in class, I feel the homeless problem is important to write and talk about fo my final and presentation. I will use notes from class tohelp me to develop my writing.
