The Social Constructionist Model may be helpful for the Counselor to come up with a solution that would protect Sarah’s desire for confidentiality. The counselor would be able to dialogue with other counselors, supervisors and teachers to develop and action plan to stop the behavior of these boys and protect everyone on campus from their actions.
