t was the time to play soccer and get on the field.
Everyone’s eyes were excitedly peeled
As I walked down the pitch with my team.
Everything started to go fine and gleam.
I told myself that I’d win;
I did not want this match to go down the bin.
As I practised, I practised every day,
I wanted to blaze away at this day. Hooray!
So when the match started,
I really smarted.
I ran up to get the ball,
I went in for a huge brawl.
One of my teammates had a fall
“No!” I said as I approached the ball,
And then . . . finally, I got the ball.
After that, I got the ball around the other team,
Then I had a huge gleam.
With the tricks and all those conflicts,
I had finally done it. When I approached the net,
I was a huge threat.
I ran up and swung my leg,
