Snc's Fire Team Case Study

SNC covered all guidelines of the 5paragrapgh order during his brief to his fire team. SNC showed confidence through the tone of his voice while conducting his brief. SNC’s content of the order made sense; SNC developed an initial plan prior to the start of execution and also delegated authority to his fire team by giving each of them an assigned task. At the point of friction, SNC had to rely solely on his fire team. Being unable to formulate a solution of the obstacle, SNC continued looking towards his subordinates for answers. There were periods during the mission when SNC focused more on the time than the actual mission. SNC communicated well during the execution phase by consistently checking on the fire team’s welfare and morale. SNC
