SNC started his brief broken and unsure of himself, but gained speed and became more vocal and confident as he went along. He provided clear tasking to each of his team-members by name and made eye contact. During execution, he communicated well with his team. He had a plan and gave sound direction, saying “this is what we’re going to do…” and “Candidate Grogen, what I need you to do is…” During the mission, he moved with a sense of urgency and motivated his team to do the same. SNC was able to make decisions quickly and to maintain momentum and forward progress.
