To estimate time of death, we can first narrow down the window on the timeline by looking at the stages of rigor mortis and lividity. At the autopsy, it was observed that the victim was in full rigor mortis. The human body is typically in full rigor, or stiffness of the muscles, between 8 to 24 hours after death, during which time the muscles become completely stiff and stay stiff before rigor mortis dissipates (Crowe, n.d.). In this case, it may have been affected in that this process might have slowed slightly due to the ambient environmental temperature at the time of police response to be 62oF. With the body having been found outdoors at 5:30 in the morning, it should be kept in mind that the temperature in the hours prior to this would not have been much different. Post mortem lividity, or liver mortis, is the settling of blood within the body after death and becomes fixed after about twelve hours, though this may happen sooner in cooler temperatures as in this case.…

I agree with your interpretation of Pete hitting Donald's stitches. I mean it would make sense for a child to pick on their younger child because they were jealous about the amount of attention they were getting. My brother and I physically fought with my brother all the time when we were growing up it is just how the relationship was yet neither one of us was as injured as Donald. However, I have seen a lot of children lash out and hit people because they felt that their parents were not giving them enough attention. I mean it was unavoidable in this case Donald needed the attention more since he was so sick…

Having management that enforces safety is the number one chance for safety violations to be cut to a minimal. Cutting safety violations out is almost imaginary but if management can properly train each employee in the safety knowledge to do his/or her jobs, be watching the ever changing environment, and making sure that everyone is doing their job properly. No manager should ever need convincing that safety is important, But not every situation is the same. Convincing a manger that safety is important should be as easy as making them realize that if you train your employees properly and successfully then the number of safety violations or actions will be lowered dramatically. If you have employees getting injured on the job from pour environmental…
