I interviewed Small Business Owner Joe Fugere of Tutta Bella Pizzeria. He said that there was an unrestricted building existing in a locality close to where he grew up. In the 50’s and 60’s, there were large Italian and Irish settler’s peoples that lived within a 5-mile radius and he said that there was no authentic Italian cuisine in that communal.
The biggest challenge he faced was Building and preserving a unified team while respecting separate styles. Pizzeria is a business committed for promoting personal and professional growth while maintaining a business known for world class food and service. At times, it can be a difficult challenge to balance. (Radius, n.d.)
Businesses need a combination of the factors of production. The factors of production are land, labor, capital, and entrepreneurship. The land is any usual resource. Labor comprises the troubles of workers. Capital includes any man prepared goods used to produce other goods. Capital is occasionally separated into physical and human categories. They use tomatoes and flour, which count as land. They use cooks and supply drivers which count as labor. They use ovens and cash registers that count as physical capital. When they train new employees who learn new services they add to their human capital. And the owner counts as an entrepreneur because he organizes all of these resources to produce pizzas. (resource for history teachers, n.d.)
As a final point, if the pizzeria goes global, I think it is realistic. Each country has their attractive view and single historic sites, and they also need people to help them to present and publicity them. As for the administrative structure, I think they need to train some talents who can use the different language and bring more expressive pizza delivery services. Like allocating distinct branches in different countries, setting up a distinct structure to provide their amenities.
