Caffeine is not just a things that makes you cannot sleep overnight, it can make your life become worse. Modern society is full of stresses, but it cannot avoid. Many people use caffe to keep working overnight, as time passes, many people get caffeine addiction. There are two negative effects that caffeine addiction causes: sleep disorder and losing control of emotion. Sleep disorder is one negative effect that caffeine addiction causes. In fact, caffeine has effect for a long time, so it needs to take 24 hours to be eliminated from your body.
