There was a war fought over the south’s inability to let go of a lie. King saw that this lie of ownership of life while illegal now, still the lies that one race was superior to another still continues till this day. Depending on the morals taught as children, will affect what we choose to accept as the truth and what is morally wrong. The ethics behind this is that so many factors contribute to one’s morals, geographic area, race, culture, and close relationships that it is hard for people to share the same morals.
