Although society today will have to understand that, change is on the rise. Plus-size models are gaining more repu-tation. All types of skin colors are moving forward and gaining visibility: in commercials, movies, and even just in the minds of society. Even the bigger brands are noticing now. Barbie is working on releasing 4 new Barbie’s through the course of 2016 with four new body types (New York Times© Magazine). And one of these new body types is the curvy Barbie, but there are more body types than just big or small. The other new Barbie’s are also petit or tall. And so are humans, all are different, in height, width or anywhere else. And no two people are exactly the same, and that’s what everyone has to learn. So can we just accept all bodies, and instead, focus on what the mind has to think and say? Because a body doesn’t define you, it’s just a shell for the soul. And that’s what the 10 year old girls should be thinking of when they stand in front of the mirror. They should focus on how happy they are dancing in cool rain, on the way home from school. And how they love bare feet walking on grass, and the way a newly harvested wheat field smells. People, of all ages, should open their eyes for how wonderful life is.
