a) Inception phase:
The inception phase is the beginning of the project where the idea for the project is explored and elaborated. The goal of this project is phase is to examine the feasibility and the decision that are made concerning who is to carry out the project, which group will be involved and whether the project has satisfactory base of support among those who are involved. Programmers are engaged with encoding, designers are occupied in developing graphic material, contractors are building, and the real reorganization takes place. It is during this phase the project becomes visible to outsiders, to whom it may appear the project has just begun. The implementation phase is the doing phase, and it’s important to maintain the momentum.
At the ending of implementation phase, the outcome is evaluated according to the list of requirements that was created in the second phase (Definition). For example, tests may be conducted to conclude whether the web application does support Explorer 5 and Firefox and others. It may be determined whether the trim on the building has been made according to the agreement, or the materials that were used in the definition phase which had been specified. This phase is completed when all of the requirements have been met and when the outcome corresponds to the design.

• Training for using the face book is not required because of its familiarity.
