Sin is an unnatural trait humans inherited from the Original Sin. Sin is the reason how our world functions where suffering, hatred, vain, sexual thoughts, and death has birth in the hearts of humanity. God despises sin, and sin cannot be measured. Each human shares a humanistic characteristic of sin with his friend or relative. As a result, bad things happen to us, no matter how good or bad we are. Moreover, sin reminds that we are fallen, but God guides us through our tedious journeys to find the Savior God has ordained.
One example of sin is “one-night stands”, or having sex before marriage. God prevents single people to have sex with each other because sex is only for marriage. The secular world tries to include sex scenes in movies, television, and other media to defile how God views sex. Sex is meant to “populate the world” to produce children, and to leave “the bed of marriage to be undefiled” (Genesis 1:28 & Hebrews 13:4). By definition, communal sin is committed towards people. Like premarital sex, sin creates traits like jealously, dishonesty, and deception. Cain got jealous of Abel because God loved Abel’s generous offering more than Cain’s half-effort offering. After being warned to prevent his jealous to lead to anger, Cain refuse to hear God’s warning, leading him to kill his brother (Genesis 4). In addition, King Saul’s jealous after David defeated Goliath led him to hunt him down in order to kill David, but David prevented his anger from killing the king (1 Samuel 24). Let’s not forget about how the Pharisees and Sadducees hated Jesus, jealous of His wise wisdom, and deceptive to make Jesus a bad guy; as a result, they killed Jesus without any logical or credible crime against him (Luke 22).
