My mother does not qualify for health insurance and I know she desperately needs it. She suffers from back pain, arthritis, head pulses, and high cholesterol. She is only able to afford the medicines that help balance out her high cholesterol. However, the medicine she buys for her high cholesterol is awfully expensive and she struggles a lot saving up to buy it. In some occasions, she is not able to buy it. I am aware that she is getting worse through time, more health problems are showing up with her and unfortunately, we cannot do much.
