With the typical person in today’s society hustling around, a driver’s license is almost mandatory to get from place to place. Next in importance is having a high school diploma, especially in the work force here is America. The first requirement on an application is typically must have obtained a diploma or equivalent to. The idea of requiring a high school diploma to receive a license seems to provide an incentive to work towards that diploma.
