One reason I think chocolate milk should be sold in schools because it has the same nutrients as regular milk. Some of these nutrients are, protein, vitamin A, vitamin D, and calcium. Getting these nutrients is important for your health. You might be wondering how they are important, well here's why. When adults don’t get enough vitamin D, they sometimes get osteoporosis, breast cancer, colon cancer, prostate cancer, heart disease, and depression. That is why it is important for kids to get in the habit of getting vitamin D. Vitamin D should also be eaten to absorb calcium and maximize bone growth and strength.
