The first research question is which flu vaccine is more effective for preventing the flu? I think most of us has had the flu or know someone who has had the flu so therefore, we know how important it is in preventing the flu. Two different types of vaccines have been tested: the shot and the nasal spray. A lot of people are aware of the shot but not the nasal spray. The nasal spray is better for children ages two and up and for those who are scared of needles. In this study, there were 1000 participants who were randomly selected and half of them received the shot and the other half received the nasal spray. There is a strong, positive correlation between IQ and GPA because of the relationship the two have. When a person’s IQ increases, there GPA is more likely to increase. Other variables that could increase a person’s GPA are having a tutor, studying in groups, making flash cards, and studying more. Correlation involves the relationship between two variables but it is not a proven fact that one variable will cause a change in the other variable. Causation is the cause of something happening. “Although correlation values provide some evidence for causation, correlation alone is rarely sufficient to demonstrate cause” (Tanner, 2016).
