John used to live in a small secluded cottage located in a rural countryside. But now, he has just moved into New York City and has difficulty adapting to a new city lifestyle. Part of the reason why he has difficulty transitioning himself is because he lacked his rules of etiquette (he never really needed it since he was secluded from others). Luckily, he has just found himself to be the winner of a sponsorship ticket. This ticket promotes him to help out the mayor of New York City for three days, with a large amount of salary being paid.

John sat down, and proceeded to work. After he mistakenly crossed a word out, he tore the paper in half. This caught everyone’s attention. Everyone in the room dropped their pens in disbelief. The mayor stared at John for a moment before going back to his own work. After John messed up again, he crumbled a few more pieces of paper loudly, which made everyone in the room lose focus.

In the nighttime, John came to the dinner party dressed with a suit and tie. He made sure he came early too. The mayor gave John a look of approval. John sat down at the wide dining table with a lot of other people. The food was already ready, but was covered by a dish dome. The mayor proceeded to make an opening speech. However, before the mayor could even finish his speech, John started pouring food into his plate, and started munching his way through. Everyone started to stare at him. John wildly took a chicken drumstick and started chewing. It was a mess. The mayor was embarrassed and forcefully shouted,
“PLEASE DO NOT EAT UNTIL I HAVE FINISHED MY OPENING SPEECH! SHOW YOUR MANNERS, JOHN! WHAT’S WRONG WITH YOU TONIGHT?”
John’s face became hot and red, and he just realized what he’d done.
“Excuse me for a moment.” he said swiftly.
