The police were looking into a statutory rape.The 16 year old boy was not considered a suspect or witness,but they thought information about it might be on his phone.The boy’s mother allowed police to look through his phone without a warrant,and they found nude pictures of him and his girlfriend.
The boy got five charges all together and he was kicked off the football team.His girlfriend got two charges all together.If they complete the agreement,the charges will be dismissed and they can apply to have the case expunged.
