Service Vice President Report

The current Service Vice-Presidents are Alex Sierra and Ansley Tran. They provide services for the fraternity. Alex was inspired to become Service Vice-President. The Service Vice-Presidents work hard to plan services and take much criticism. I chose this position because I am interested in making a difference in a service. Service is one of the cardinal principles of the fraternity and is what the fraternity is defined by, as a service fraternity.
The Service Vice-President I chose to interview is Alex Sierra. As Service Vice-President, she works with her co Ansley Tran to find the four different aspects of service which include: community, fraternity, national, and campus services. They find these services to continue what the organization

I would like to see services filled because it shows that people are engaged. Another reason I chose this position is because this fraternity is based on service. The cardinal principles of this fraternity are Leadership, Friendship, and Service. This organization puts importance in serving multiple areas such campus, community, fraternity, and the nation. I would like to innovate this position by moving away from donations and focusing on events that make a difference. I would like to have an open google form where pledges and actives are able to input their feedback online. Word of mouth is always good, but it is also good to to have multiple forms of communication. Overall, the Service Vice-Presidents right now are doing a great job. They’ve inspired me to participate more and make a difference
The Service Vice-Presidents plan services months in advance. They have to work hard and take much criticism. Alex was inspired to become Service Vice-President. I chose this position because I am interested in making a difference with the position. The fraternity is known as a service fraternity so it is crucial that the services are efficient in making a difference and the services are not easy hours so the volunteers are working
