Strengths: Tolerant – a true team player, I recognize what it means listening to other people’s opinions even when they contradict my own. I admit I don’t have all the answers.
RELIABLE- I can be always counted on.
CHARISMATIC –
True ALTRUIST- Have desire to do good in for my community, whether it’s in my home, or the global stage.
NATURAL LEADER- interested in servant leadership the most.

WEAKNESS: OVERLY IDEALISTIC - PEOPLE with my personality type can be caught off guard as we find through circumstance or nature, or simple misunderstanding, people fight against us and defy the principles we’ve adopted, however, well intentioned we may be. We are more likely to feel pity for this opposition than anger, and can earn a reputation of naivete.
TOO SELFLESS – I can burry myself in my hopeful promises, feeling other’s problems

I take genuine interest in other people – anything that helps a community or organization to operate more smoothly. Also knowing that each minute of effort contributes to something bigger than myself. I am always up for a good challenge- and nothing thrills me like helping others. I am willing to train the necessary skills, and will always show an underlying preference for the sort of help that draws a positive long-term trend, that effects change that really sticks.
My personality type is intelligent, warm, idealistic, charismatic, creative, social which enabled me to strive in many diverse roles at any level, I will succeed wherever I have a chance to work with others.
I am a quick learner and excellent multitasker, I am able to take on multiple responsibilities with competence and good cheer. I am hardworking, reliable and always eager to help.
END GOAL: ALWAYS to get done what I set out to do in a way that leaves everyone involved satisfied with my role and the results that were achieved
