Receiving Sergeant First Class as a rank I will ensure that cadets in my platoon will display good discipline, good appearance, and set the example of what is expected from the entire Battalion/Platoon. I will also make sure everyone in my platoon understand what’s expected and for me I must keep record of who is present and absent. Being a Sergeant First Class cadets will be well disciplined under my control.
