At the beginning of this entire story, believe it or not, I was in the 4th grade it was around October of 2013, I had just started 4th grade. One night my parents were in the kitchen and creeped in like a...uh a...well a Creeper? When they saw me I asked what was going for it was rather late. That’s when they …show more content…
Marking my first day of the worst School year of my School life. I walked onto the campus of Sequoia Union Elementary School, not knowing what the heck I was going to do. My knees were shaking I couldn’t move. I was beginning to realize that I was narrating all of this in my head as though this were a scene in “A Christmas Story.” At this moment I realized that there was no point of return. I could feeling my blood pressure rising and I was afraid I might have a stroke or something. There I was looking out at a playground full of kids and parents. “This,” I thought, “Is the whole School.” It was not even half of the amount of kids from my old school. I knew a few kids I had gone to school with Jake from preschool to 4th grade but he left to Sequoia Union at the beginning of 5th grade. I was okay with him It wasn’t like he was my best friend and had helped me fight off the evil grizzelworths of the the dark forest of Trizlofd that was infested with hornswogglers and snozzwangers and Micheadpister, I was just Okay with him. And there was Cameron who at a time was my best friend (preschool) and HE helped me fight off the evil grizzelworths of the the dark forest of Trizlofd that was infested with hornswogglers and snozzwangers and Micheadpisters and stuff like that. I also knew a few girls who I went to preschool with. And of course there was HIM, Caleb Finch my enemy since about the First grade. He had …show more content…
I had the last spot which gave me the perfect opportunity to end the talents show with a strong finish and a big bang. The day of the talent show finally came on April 27th. The whole talent show went by and I knew my whole class was out there hardly any knowing I was going to perform. As soon as everyone was done, I could hear Mrs. Mclain speaking over the microphone as the applause was dying. I was standing behind curtains listening. “Alrighty boys and girls, we have one more act for you.” There crowd of kids did a loud “aaaaaaaaaaw.” “And Now…” Mrs. Mcclain announced, “Performing…” I couldn’t move, I was sweating and I was having trouble breathing, I was dying. “Michael Jackson’s Bad…” “God Help Me, In the name of Jesus.” At that moment I heard a small amount of whistles and oohs from the older people in the back. And one little kid say, “Wow, Michael Jackson, He’s cool.” If I knew the kid that said that I would give him credit for giving me the anticipation to move. I suddenly felt ready. “Please welcome…” “In the name of Jesus” I prayed. “Noah...Reyna.” There was a round of applause that was very light. The curtains swung open and Bad began to play. I held my Fedora down in the famous Michael Jackson pose. I looked out at the audience of people who were staring in confusion. I doubt there was more that 10 who knew much about Michael Jackson. I could see a few guys in my class whispering in each others ears and giggling.
