Throughout the chapters, we saw different ways how to daily reduce our unpleasant emotional states. As this self-coaching book is coming to an end, I hope you enjoyed practising these exercises and noticed how much the management of emotions is a competency within your reach, whether you use it in personal situations or in your professional environment.

I would like to congratulate you for your efforts and determination!
It is by practising and having perseverance that you will reach your objectives, emotional liberty and the ability to welcome, understand, modulate and use your emotions. Therefore, you will increase choices you can make about your behaviors and attitudes.

When you make this choice, the range of possibilities is wide open. When you are not feeling good, your mood melts away and changes your behaviors and the way you see your environment and what you think of it.
And what if you did nothing more than CHOOSE to feel good? What would it change in your life?
One of the keys to happiness (HAPPY) lies in our emotions. And a good understanding of them and of our body and thoughts is the direct path to happiness to follow.
Before the book ends, I invite you to one last trip. Once you will have remedied the difficult situation by managing your emotional states better, by tweaking your formerly automatic reactions that were out of your control; once you will have took a step back regarding the behaviors of others and will have had proactive answers instead of reactive ones; and for everyone that just read the book out of curiosity or pleasure, I invite you to slow down the "DOING" mode and welcome the "BEING mode".
So tomorrow morning, when you will open your eyes, still in bed, choose consciously to feel good. Let yourself be overwhelmed by these positive vibrations and start feeding your days looking at life through these new glasses that you will have decided to
