Speech communication is a process of overcoming barriers, ability to communicate effectively. It is the skill to function in the world and collaborate with others. Communication is the process of sharing our thoughts, views, and feelings with other people and having them understood what are conversation are all about. As an adult, we can learn to improve the way to converse by observing others who speak effectively, learning new skills, and practicing those skills. In this class I have learned that speech is very important. It is the way we communicate and say what is on our mind and how that can influence our surrounding.
Effective communication is a major part in achieving educational goals. The communication is important; most things in life is disbursed by sending or receiving information. The more effective communicator one become the more likely one are to achieve ones goal in life. Poor communicator can cause conflict

Effectively speech communicating with teachers, boss, and peers is important when it comes to learning, job, and families. Many times, instructor and managers are the sender. their jobs are to send effective messages that contain information about the skill need to learn to be successful. Supervisor and professor messages might include lectures, presentation that might require you to receive messages from other team members or an appointed leader. Sometimes they may have requested for you to be the sender.
Remember that communication involves speaking, listening, and observing. improving communication skills can be done by observing individuals who communicate efficiently, learning new skills, and practicing those skills. effective communicator are more likely achieving what they want. Being a speaker will help better to become good student, parent, family member, worker, and citizen. The ability to become effective communication is serious
