Many individuals look at projects in two ways. One being that a single individual takes a big step into the project and assigns all the members a specific task to be done a certain way by a certain time without any exceptions. Another way being when some, if not all, of the members of a group collectively communicate and get to the end result without any checkup points, individual assignment, or reliability of a specific person.
