Shop owner of Secret Recipe Cakes & Cafe gives autonomy to his bakery chefs on scheduling production of cakes and managing the amount assistants for increase the productivity.
Feedback is the degree to which doing work activities required by a job result in individual obtaining direct and clear information about the effectiveness of worker performance. Secret Recipe Cakes & Cafe workers will give direct feedback when they faced any technical problems or communication problems between colleagues. Operation manager can open a discussion every month to settle up and give suggestion for improving productivity.
