A January 20 single-car crash in Knox County led to the death of the 19-year-old driver and injuries to the vehicle’s other occupant, a 20-year-old male. Sadly, neither man was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. Speed and poor weather conditions are viewed as contributing factors in the crash.
