A problem rose and team members had an inquiry for upgrading tools they were using, tools such PCs and other accessories were really old and of course slow. This attention was brought to the Operations Manager by me explaining the case as requested by my colleagues. I salute his sense of discernment and not to rush to a conclusion, he could have rejected any attempt to make my colleagues. There no small issue as longs someone has expressed a concern over it. To try to get to bottom of it was my boss’s priority which is another skill to become a good manager, solving a problem as it occurs. Conflicts of any sort will always be where humans being are, workplaces are well known for this kind of behavior which only come from exchanging ideas. Anyway conflict is a sign of engagement that has turned sour and the best way of harnessing positive results is handling the issue constructively and the sooner the better. The method I chose to use in order to have a deeper analysis here is the ladder of inference where reality and facts are at the same level when someone want to jump to the conclusion will go forward using beliefs and while in my case my manager and I decided to base our actions on
