The head of the client is rounded; normocephalic and symmetrical. No scars, rashes, hair loss, nits, or lesions. No weakness in the head, neck, or facial region. There are no nodules, masses, or depressions of the skull when palpated. The face is smooth and has uniform consistency and with no presence of nodules, masses, lesions, or lumps. The face is symmetrical and no weakness or involuntary movements noted. Temporal arteries are palpable with no bruit noted. The patient has intact sensation to the face (CN V, Trigeminal). Pt is able to rise and then lower eyebrows, open and close eyes, smile, and puff out cheeks on command (CN VII, facial). No tenderness to the frontal and maxillary sinuses. Pt. is able to open and close mouth, clench jaw
