Some issues can be related to special populations that are diagnosed with a certain disorder. When looking at schizophrenia, men have an earlier onset than women. The prevalence of schizophrenia is higher in people who belong to a low socioeconomic class than a higher socioeconomic class. There are also different assessments for people who have been diagnosed with depression. The rates of depression for women is twice that of men. Individuals that are dealing with a medical condition or a disability have an increased risk of depression. For both disorders, the prevalence rate in ethnic minorities is higher as well (Corcoran & Walsh, 2015). I do not know that ethnic background of both clients, but that information could pertain to them as well
