REASON
CHIEF COMPLAINT: A 39-year-old male with a past history of a metastatic high-grade epithelial tumor with rectal bleeding. I am seeing him for the first time.
BLANKLINE
This is an unfortunate 39-year-old, Afro-American male who was diagnosed elsewhere with an intraabdominal epithelial tumor. He initially presented with the GI bleed. He was found to have peritoneal implants and underwent a debulking laparotomy. Apparently, he was transferred to FMC-Butner and he is receiving maintenance IV chemotherapy sunitinib. Clinically he complains of early satiety, but no vomiting, rectal bleeding, intermittent diarrhea.
PHYSICAL EXAMINATION
He is thin in appearance. His abdomen is not particularly distended. He has four quadrant discomfort
